These rules and regulations apply to all participants (trainees, alternates, apprentices) and instructors (trainers, administrative staff), to ensure that training courses run smoothly, that everyone is safe, and that rights and duties are protected.

In compliance with Articles L.920-5-1 and R.922-1 and seq. of the French Labor Code, this document sets out the general rules governing health, safety, discipline and respect for rights, particularly those relating to intellectual property and confidentiality.

  1. Scope of application

These rules apply:
● On the premises dedicated to training.
● In any external location (company, rented spaces) where a training action is taking place.
● For all training methods: face-to-face, distance learning, e-learning.

Participation in any session implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply may result in sanctions as defined below.

  1. Rights and obligations

2.1. Schedules and attendance

- Schedules are communicated upon registration.
- Any absence or lateness must be reported as soon as possible to the instructor or administrative department.
- Daily signing of the attendance sheet (physical or digital) is compulsory.

2.2. Attire and behavior

- Professional dress and respectful behavior are required.
- Discriminatory, harassing or violent comments or behavior are prohibited.

2.3. Phones and equipment

- Phones must be in silent mode.
- Audio or video recording of sessions: forbidden without prior written authorization.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. General instructions

- Comply with all health and safety instructions posted on the premises and issued by the organization.
- In the event of danger, immediately alert the safety referent or any member of staff.

3.2. Smoking and alcohol

- Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are prohibited on the premises.

3.3. Fire and evacuation

- Evacuation plans and fire extinguisher locations are posted.
- All fire alarms must be taken seriously and evacuation procedures followed.

3.4. Accident and first aid

- Any accident or illness must be reported immediately to the trainer or reception.
- Emergency and first-aid numbers are posted in each room.

4.  Accessibility and disability

● Adaptations

The organization implements specific measures (ramp, modular furniture, visual or auditory equipment) on request from the Disability Referent.

Contact details available in the welcome booklet and on the website.

5.  Confidentiality and data protection

● RGPD compliance: collection of personal data strictly necessary, right of access, rectification, opposition.

● Information transmitted (CVs, assessments, exchanges) is confidential and reserved for training and follow-up purposes.

6.  Intellectual property

● All teaching aids, software, exercises and videos are the property of the organization or their authors.
● Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use is forbidden without written authorization.

7.  Discipline and penalty

7.1. Procedure

○ Written notification of grievances, invitation to interview.
○ Right to be assisted by a third party.
○ Reasoned decision notified within 15 days.

7.2. Possible sanctions

○ Written warning
○ Reprimand
○ Temporary or permanent exclusion from the session

7.3. Time limits and formalities

○ No financial penalty is authorized.
○ In the event of precautionary exclusion, the disciplinary procedure must be followed.

8.  Learner representation

In accordance with articles L.9322-1 to L.9322-13 of the French Labor Code, students elect their representatives every two years to sit on the advisory committee or the advanced training council.

Election procedures :

1. Frequency: every two years.
2. Voters: all students registered during the election period.
3. Candidatures: declaration to the administrative department at least 15 days before the vote.
4. Voting: secret ballot, organized on the premises or by secure electronic voting for distance learning.
5. Proclamation: results announced within 5 days.

Representatives are consulted on pedagogical organization, reception, support and training quality.

9.  Organization of premises and cumulative internal regulations

● On-site: the organization can work on the customer's premises or rent dedicated rooms. In these cases, the organization's internal rules apply in addition to the rules specific to the venue.
● Distance & e-learning: the organization's own rules and regulations apply, in addition to the platform's conditions of use and security.

10.  Complaints and continuous improvement

● A claim form is available online here.
● All claims are processed within 2 working days, with feedback to the complainant.
● Feedback is analyzed as part of the Qualiopi continuous improvement plan.

11.  Final provisions

These rules are posted on the premises and handed out or communicated to each learner. They come into force as soon as they are distributed.
